Extremely busy and varied role where no two days were the same and constant challenges lay ahead. Responsibilities included:

I was the sole administrator for two offices in Fulham and Parsons Green. My main responsibilities included:

I also provided IT and system support to all staff, registered and matched applicants to properties, communicated with vendors and applicants on a regular basis and regularly helped out with Saturday viewings.
PA and Property Manager to Private Household, Wandsworth Common SW17
Property managed a large family home and looked after the financial affairs of a family who were travelling for one year. The role involved:
Property Management
- Appointing Local Estate Agents to find suitable tenants for one year
- Co-ordinating viewings and accompanying prospective tenants when needed
- Negotiating rental fees on behalf of Client
- Hiring removal and storage companies, inventory clerk, cleaners for new tenancy
- Keyholding for alarm company
