Administration: Paying household bills, booking travel / accommodation / holidays, diary management, online personal shopping, booking appointments, restaurant reservations, property management, organising suppliers (gardeners, builders, plumbers etc), opening and managing post, setting up databases, online food shopping, managing cars (mot's, servicing, taxing, congestion charge, resident parking permits, paying parking tickets etc), membership and subscription renewals
Businesses: Raising invoices, paying bills, opening post and actioning, filing, organising your office to make it work more efficiently, typing up estimates, letters, managing expenses.
Moving Home: (See Moving Home), property searches, booking Valuations, managing tenanted properties, booking removal firms, transferring utility bills, arranging mail re-direction, organising storage and spring cleans.
Sabbaticals: If you are thinking of taking time off work and travelling, I can look after all your administrative and financial affairs while you are away and even find tenants for your property and manage your home. From July 2009 to August 2010, I property managed a large family house in Wandsworth while the family went travelling for one year around South America.
De-Cluttering: I can sort out your paperwork, file, shred, arrange storage and so on.
While You Are Away Service: I can look after your pets, open and close curtains, turn lights on an off, manage post, re-stock your fridge, walk your dog.
